Hi LiteTravellers, we’re back with a new update.
We would like to start with a quick reminder that we still have approximately 55 backers with incomplete surveys. If you are among them, your reward will be included in a later production and fulfilment batch depending on the survey completion date.
We have successfully uploaded approximately 2,500 tracking numbers into BackerKit to date. If you’re part of the second shipping batch, you should have received your tracking details through the email address connected to your BackerKit survey.
It happens often that we receive messages from backers whose tracking information has already been uploaded asking us when will their reward be shipped out. Please make sure to also check your email’s spam and/or junk folders in case the BackerKit notifications get directed there. This will help us minimise waiting time for all backers emailing in and it will also help you locate all the tracking details you’ll need to monitor your package’s journey.
Another way to confirm if your tracking details are uploaded is by checking it directly in your survey. You can always access it through the same link as before. If you no longer have your survey link handy, you can just resend it to your inbox through this retrieval link: https://smol.backerkit.com/
We’ve already started shipping out the orders for the 3rd fulfilment batch, which includes approximately 500 orders. Once we have all the tracking numbers available for this batch, we’ll upload them in your surveys. Kindly remember the formatting to match the BackerKit format is done manually and it is a rather tedious process. Our aim is to upload the tracking numbers for these orders approximately 3-5 business days from now, please keep an eye on your inbox for the notification.
After we ship out all orders included in the 3rd batch, our fulfilment centre will send us an updated list of all shipped rewards for us to have a better understanding of the backers who are included in the final batch.
As we shared in our previous updates, we’re unable to list all backers and we take into account more than the backer number when splitting orders into specific batches because once the rewards reach our fulfilment centre, our warehouse colleagues have their own process of prioritising and scheduling orders to go out. This has helped our fulfilment colleagues optimise the fulfilment of the rewards while at the same time maximise their workforce to ship out as many orders as we can on a daily basis.
If you haven’t received your tracking details yet, then your SMOL is most likely included in the 3rd or the final batch. There are approximately 400 backers included in the final batch and while we currently don’t have the list of backers included in this batch yet, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this delay is causing.
We understand that everyone is eager to receive their SMOL and although this is not a firm timeline, we’re doing our best to have all rewards shipped out before the end of December (including the rewards in the final batch). As always, we’ll keep everyone posted in case there are changes with our current timeline.
